getting there
We recommend driving to the venue. Beltane Ranch is located in the Sonoma Valley countryside, and having a car gives you the freedom to explore the incredible wine country at your own pace.
If you're flying in, San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or Oakland (OAK) are the most convenient major airports. From SFO, Beltane Ranch is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes by car. We recommend renting a car directly at SFO - all major rental agencies are available there.

We highly recommend exploring Airbnb and VRBO options throughout the area - especially if you're traveling with a group. There are 3 towns near the venue that have options.
Glen Ellen
Right at the venue's doorstep - most rentals here are under a 5-minute drive.
Sonoma
Heart of wine country and about 15 minutes from the venue.
Santa Rosa
Larger city about 20 minutes away, with a wider selection of rental options at a range of price points.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Yes! Please indicate on your RSVP.
Is the venue outdoor or indoor?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. We recommend bringing a light wrap or jacket for the evening as temperatures can drop after sunset.
I have dietary restrictions!
We'll be serving vegetarian, meat, and seafood options. Please note dietary restrictions or allergies in your RSVP.
Is the event child-friendly?
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration - with the exception of those traveling from abroad. If you're flying in internationally with little ones, we totally understand! Otherwise, we hope this gives you a chance for a fun night out.
What time should we arrive on Sep 5th?
Please arrive any time from 3:30pm to 4pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm.
Do you have a wedding registry?
Your presence at our celebration is more than enough. No gifts, please!
